Welcome to Easy Leasy! Below are the terms and conditions for renting equipment through our platform. Please read carefully to ensure a smooth rental experience.
1. Rental Period
• The minimum rental duration is one day.
• Equipment rented at 11:00 AM must be returned by 11:00 AM the next day.
• Late Returns: Delayed returns will incur an additional day’s rental charge.
2. Booking & Documentation
• Customers must provide two original IDs (Aadhaar and PAN card) at the time of renting.
• A refundable security deposit, determined based on the specific equipment being rented, is required before the item is handed over.
3. Payment
• Full rental payment and the refundable security deposit must be made upfront.
• Payment can be made via cash, UPI, or bank transfer.
4. Damage & Liability Policy
• Renters must sign an undertaking accepting responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment during the rental period.
• In the event of damage, repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit or charged additionally if they exceed the deposit.
5. Equipment Condition
• All equipment is thoroughly checked before and after each rental.
• Renters are required to inspect the equipment at the time of pick-up and acknowledge its condition.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time are eligible for a full refund.
• No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the rental fee.
7. Usage Guidelines
• Equipment must be used responsibly and returned in the same condition as received.
• Any misuse or negligence leading to damage will result in additional charges.
8. Refund Policy
• The security deposit will be refunded upon successful inspection of the returned equipment, provided there is no damage, loss, or delay in return.
9. Ownership
• All rented items remain the property of Easy Leasy.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications are strictly prohibited.
